Which should you pick, Text-Em-All or DialMyCalls?

Text-Em-All fits organizations that send many kinds of messages, from alerts and reminders to an occasional promotion, and want to watch per-contact delivery as a send runs. DialMyCalls fits teams that mainly need voice broadcasts and notifications. Both offer voice and text, so the decision comes down to what you send, RCS and who owns the company.

Where do Text-Em-All and DialMyCalls differ?

Everything you send, or a notification tool

Text-Em-All is the messaging platform for organizations. A church sends a service change, a staffing firm fills a shift, a school sends a closing, and the same account sends the occasional promotion to the same opted-in list. You send more over time and you've got nothing new to learn.

DialMyCalls calls itself a mass notification system, and that's how it's built: alerts, reminders and voice broadcasts, with email and two-way texting alongside. If notifications are all you'll ever send, that focus is a fair reason to choose it.

Delivery you can see, with a verified sender

Text-Em-All is transparent about delivery. You can see how your send is going while it's still running, and who it reached. It also supports RCS, so a message can carry a verified sender profile, read receipts and link previews.

DialMyCalls doesn't mention RCS on its site as of October 2026. We can't say what its reporting shows, so check that on a trial before you decide.

Who owns the company

Text-Em-All has been private since 2005 and is employee-owned through an Employee Ownership Trust. The people who answer your support questions own the place, so a missed message is their problem too.

DialMyCalls lists OnTimeTelecom, Inc. as its parent company in its footer.

What do the two cost all in?

Beyond the credit rate

Look past the per-credit rate to what you pay in total. Text-Em-All has no contract, adds no carrier fees, covers the cost of carrier registration and walks you through it, and charges nothing per user or per number. One credit sends one text or one 30-second voice message, from credits at 9¢ or a monthly plan from $19.

DialMyCalls lists lower per-credit rates at volume, from 7.5¢ down to 3.8¢. Compare the plan you would actually buy on both pricing pages, at your own send volume, with registration and support in the total.

A worked example

A church of 500 members sends one text and one voice message to everyone. That's 1,000 credits.

Text-Em-All at the 9¢ starting rate: 1,000 credits comes to $90.

DialMyCalls on a one-time purchase: 1,000 credits is 6.5¢ each, or $65.

On credits alone, DialMyCalls costs less at this size. What the total adds on our side is no contract, no carrier fees, and registration we cover and walk you through. DialMyCalls also adds no carrier fees, so price your own list on both before you decide.

Who fits

Which platform fits your organization?

Choose Text-Em-All if you

  • Send more than one kind of message from one account, such as alerts, reminders and the occasional promotion
  • Want per-contact delivery results while the send runs
  • Want RCS on your texts, with a verified sender profile

Choose DialMyCalls if you

  • Mostly send voice broadcasts and notifications
  • Want phone, text and chat support seven days a week
  • Buy at high volume and want the lowest per-credit rate

What do both platforms do well?

Both send automated voice calls and texts from one account. Among the major mass texting platforms, only Text-Em-All and DialMyCalls offer automated calling. Voice reaches landlines and people who don't read texts, which is why some messages are too important for one channel.

Both add no carrier fees, give you unlimited seats, let you change or cancel at any time, and bill with credits. Both serve churches, schools, nonprofits, staffing firms and property managers.

Why do organizations choose Text-Em-All?

  • The first send takes minutes. The account keeps up as you send more.
  • Carriers trust our traffic. Twenty-one years of refusing spam is why.
  • Registration is covered. We cover the cost and walk you through it, and our people know which carrier to call when it snags.
  • Owned by the people who built it. Private since 2005 and employee-owned.

What do customers say?

Text-Em-All handled the signup and telcom authorization with ease. I just entered my info, waited for them to clear me, and composed my message. It was simple to upload my delivery list via Excel. The messages were transmitted quickly and included delivery verification. Simple and effective. Reasonable price too.

Text-Em-All has been an incredibly helpful tool for our youth soccer organization. With more than 100 players and families to keep informed, it allows us to quickly send practice updates, game reminders, schedule changes, weather cancellations, and other important announcements to everyone at once.

Tammy

Text-em-all has been great. When I called customer service, a real person answered the phone and was very helpful. They even followed up and called me back to make sure everything was corrected and working properly. I sent a test message yesterday, and it took 37 seconds before everyone started receiving it. We will be extending our service with Text-Em-All.

Is DialMyCalls or Text-Em-All better for churches?

Either can reach a congregation by text and by voice, and voice reaches older members without smartphones. Text-Em-All suits a church that also sends event reminders and the occasional appeal from one list. DialMyCalls suits one that mainly sends voice alerts. Both send closings and reminders by text and by call. Choose Text-Em-All if you want to see per-contact delivery while a closing goes out. Choose DialMyCalls if seven-day phone support matters more. No. Support is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central, by phone, chat or email. Outside those hours, emergency@text-em-all.com is monitored, and it's an inbox, not a phone line.
