When you're selling gorgeous, artisanal food, words alone don't do justice to what you're offering. Before using Text-Em-All, Marczyk Fine Foods faced several challenges figuring out how to make their messages impactful and truly connect with their customers.

RESULTS

Visual Messaging Creates Record-Breaking Results

The results spoke for themselves. Marczyk's Memorial Day lobster roll campaign generated a 30% sales increase over the weekend, making it their most successful lobster roll promotion in years.

But the most impressive results came with their cherry pie campaign. Before sending their MMS message, they had exactly one pie on order. Just 36 hours after the visual campaign went out, they had 36 pie pre-orders — a 3,500% increase that proved the power of showing customers what they're missing.

But MMS isn't the only way Marczyk is seeing success with Text-Em-All. In August, the team sent a well-timed and well-written SMS for a burger and scholarship event, which resulted in them selling over 400 burgers in 2 1/2 hours. The event raised money to contribute to a scholarship fund for one of their food partners, Niman Ranch.

The impact of these campaigns goes beyond the individual items or events. As Rob J., Marczyk's CFO, noted, "We're a smaller organization, and it really helped add a lot of traffic, which was great. If they come into the market, they're not just going to buy that lobster roll; they're also going to get other stuff while they're there."
