The CATAPULT integration connects your ECRS point-of-sale system directly to Text-Em-All. Customer groups you've built in CATAPULT — by purchase history, loyalty tier, or opt-in status — sync automatically into Text-Em-All, ready for targeted SMS and MMS campaigns. There's nothing to export and nothing to upload.
Carrier registration handled
Text-Em-All manages 10DLC registration on your behalf at no additional charge, so you can focus on selling instead of paperwork.
Collect consent at the POS
Cashiers can trigger an opt-in request at checkout, or shoppers can opt in through WebCart online. Every yes is documented express written consent.Up and running in three steps

Confirm your licenses
The integration requires a Passport API license and CATAPULT Proxy Service from ECRS. Our team can walk you through what's needed and connect you with the right ECRS contact if you're not sure where you stand.

Connect your accounts
Text-Em-All receives an API key from ECRS to authorize the integration for your store. We handle the technical handshake — you don't need to exchange files or configure anything manually.

Your CATAPULT customer groups appear in Text-Em-All and stay current automatically. Build a campaign, pick your segment, and send — or schedule it in advance and let it run.
