• Do you offer two-way communication?

  Yes! The Inbox feature allows you to have one-on-one  (or two way) conversations with your contacts directly within your account in addition to being able to quickly message up to 15 contacts.

• We're a big company, can you support us?

  We work with several of the largest companies in the country. We take pride in understanding our clients’ needs and ensuring that our service helps lead to success. We may assign a dedicated contact point, build custom solutions, or help design integrations via our API. We want to be a valued partner, not a vendor.

• What kind of text messages and phone calls do our users send?

  Our business texting service is used to transmit informational voice and SMS messages to those who are expecting to receive the information.
  
  Do not use our service if someone didn’t give their number directly to you or your organization.
  
  Also, we do not allow political, promotional, or marketing messages.

• How does Text-Em-All work?

  It’s pretty easy - you create an account on our website and log in. From there, you can send voice or SMS and MMS text messages online.
